Every plan is the whole product
HR and payroll, work management, the service desk, the CRM, invoicing and the ledger — all of it, on all three plans. What changes is how many legal entities you run and how many people you bring.
Prices are shown in the currency you will be charged in. No sales tax or VAT is added. Billed per organisation, not per person.

Questions people actually ask
What counts as a seat?
A person with a login. Worker records without one — a contractor you track for cost, a hire who has not started, a warehouse team who never sign in — are free, because charging for records would penalise exactly the completeness an HR system is for.
What happens if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted, hidden, or truncated. Anything over the new plan’s limits becomes read-only: you keep every record and can still export it, and you cannot add more until you are back inside the plan. A system holding employment records should never destroy data over a billing state.
A payment failed. Am I locked out?
No. Payments retry over several days and your team keeps working throughout. You will see a banner; nobody loses access to their own leave balance because a card expired.
Can I cancel?
At any time, from the billing page inside the product, which opens the billing portal where your invoices and your card are also kept. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your data stays. If Ergira is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — see the refund policy.
Who charges my card?
Likotech Software, our affiliate, which sells and bills subscriptions and is the merchant of record for the charge. It issues your invoice and is who a refund comes from. The charge appears on your statement as LIKOTECH. The payment itself is processed by Stripe, Inc. on their own site, so no card details reach Ergira.
Is there tax on top?
No. Likotech Software is not registered for sales tax or VAT in any jurisdiction, so nothing is added to the price you see and nothing is collected from you. The figure on this page is the figure you are charged. If your own business needs its registration number on the invoice, there is a field for it at checkout — it goes on the document and changes no amount.
Why do I need more than one legal entity?
Most companies that need a second one are not international. A holding company with trading subsidiaries, a separate entity per brand or business line, an acquisition kept as its own company, a property or asset-holding entity, one entity ring-fenced from another’s risk — all of it happens inside a single country, and each of those is a separate employer with its own payroll, its own accounts and its own filings.
What actually changes when I add one?
An entity is a real boundary here, not a label. Payroll produces an immutable snapshot per entity per period. Invoice numbering is a separate gapless series per entity. Every ledger line carries its entity, so “this subsidiary in August” and “the group” are the same query with one clause more. Employment rules follow the entity and where the work is actually done. And somebody can hold concurrent engagements at two of your entities without either one losing sight of them.
And if my entities are in different countries?
That is what Group is for. Below it, a workspace is billed where its legal entity is, because prices are set per country from purchasing power — so entities spanning several countries need the plan that is priced for it.
Do you need something bigger?
If you need a contractual uptime commitment, a security review, invoicing on account or a price for a much larger group, write to [email protected] and we will send you a written quotation.
