Terms of service
These terms are the agreement between you and Infinity Curve LLC for your use of Ergira. Paid subscriptions are sold and billed by our affiliate Likotech Software.
In effect from 30 August 2026.
Who you are contracting with
Ergira is provided by Infinity Curve LLC, registered in Georgia. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Infinity Curve LLC, and “you” means the organisation or person using the service.
You can reach us at [email protected].
Who takes your payment
Paid subscriptions to Ergira are sold and billed by our affiliate Likotech Software, a corporation registered in Wyoming, United States, which is the merchant of record for those charges. Your contract for the service itself — what it does, your data, and our obligations to you — is with Infinity Curve LLC under these terms.
Likotech Software charges your card and issues your invoice. No sales tax or VAT is added to the price. Likotech Software is not registered for sales tax or VAT in any jurisdiction, so nothing is charged on top of the amount shown and nothing is collected from you. Payments appear on your statement as LIKOTECH. Card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. — the checkout runs on their own site and we never see or store your card number. Their privacy notice covers what they hold.
You can view your invoices, change your card, add a VAT or tax number and cancel at any time from the billing portal, reached from the billing page inside Ergira.
What you are buying
A subscription to Ergira for the plan you select. Every plan is the whole product: plans differ by how many people may have a login, how many legal entities you may hold, and whether those entities may span more than one country. They do not differ by which features work. What each plan allows is set out on our pricing page.
Prices shown are per organisation, per billing period, in the currency shown to you, and are the amount you will be charged — nothing is added at checkout. You are responsible for any tax you owe in your own country on your own purchase, which is a matter between you and your tax authority rather than something we collect.
Billing, renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.
We do not delete your data when a subscription ends. An account that falls back to the free plan keeps its records; anything above the free plan’s limits becomes read-only rather than being removed. This matters because the service holds employment records that you may be required by law to retain.
If a payment fails, it is retried over several days. We do not suspend access during that window: this service holds employment records, and locking a company out of its own leave balances over an expired card would be a worse outcome for everybody than waiting.
Refunds
Our refund policy is set out in full on our refund policy page. Refunds are issued by Likotech Software, which took the payment, and are returned to the card or other method you originally paid with.
Your data
You own the data you put into Ergira. We process it to provide the service and for no other purpose. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train anything.
The service holds personal data about your employees and your clients, and for that data you are the controller and we are the processor. How we handle it is set out in our privacy notice.
You can export your own records at any time from within the product. If you close your account we will delete your data within 30 days of your asking us to, except where we are required to retain something by law.
Where the service runs
Ergira runs on infrastructure we operate in Georgia. We do not offer self-hosted installations, and we do not currently offer per-tenant data residency in other regions. If where your data is held matters to you, please ask us before subscribing rather than after.
Acceptable use
Do not use Ergira to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to store data you have no right to hold, or to attempt to gain access to another organisation’s account. We may suspend an account that is doing any of those, and we will tell you why.
Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available and to answer support requests promptly, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on the plans listed publicly. If you need one, contact us and we will discuss it in writing.
Planned maintenance is announced in advance where it will interrupt the service.
Limits on our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid for the service in that period. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or loss of data where you have not kept your own export.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Where a change materially affects you we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you may cancel before then if you do not accept it. The date at the top of this page is when the current version took effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, nothing here removes the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
